Dr Hunte sends condolences to Frank Thomas widow
St John's, Antigua - West Indies Cricket Board President Dr. Julian Hunte has sent condolences to the widow and children of Frank Thomas. Thomas, a stalwart of Windward Islands and West Indies cricket, died at the age of 86 in St Vincent.

Hampshire & Somerset join Caribbean T20
London, England - The England and Wales Cricket Board today announced that the 2010 Friends Provident t20 champions, Hampshire Royals, and runners up Somerset have accepted an invitation from the West Indies Cricket Board to take part in the Caribbean T20 from 10-23 January 2011.

St George's, Grenada - Pakistan A have progressed to 140 for 1 by the 31st over in the First Digicel One Day match against West Indies A at the Grenada National Stadium. Opener Khurram Manzoor is not out on 55 and Umar Amin (1*) is with him after the visitors lost Umair Khan who was bowled by Devendra Bishoo for 59. Khan faced 83 balls and struck five fours.

On Saturday evening with the West Indies A struggling badly at 39 for 5 chasing 118 to win Hyatt was at the wheel.
